Desiree’s passion for serving and helping people led her to coaching as she was able to combine her vast knowledge base and corporate experience in the international business realm with her desire to help people emerge as successful leaders. Her greatest fulfillment comes from witnessing the transformation her clients’ experience.
Desiree has more than 15 years of senior management and global experience working in North America, South America, Europe and New Zealand. She has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, a Masters of Science in Leadership & Strategic Management, a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Cultural Mastery Coach. Desiree has a strong business background and has worked with corporations such as Capital One, Cisco, Colgate, EllisDon, Facebook, Johnson & Johnson, Salesforce and Workday. She is the former Programming Chair for the International Coach Federation of Orange County, California chapter.
Desiree was born in Argentina and has lived all over the world. She was an Olympic swimmer, which gave her discipline and international exposure at an early age. She speaks fluent English, Spanish and German, and is versed in French and Italian. She currently is based in Malta, but services clients all over the globe.
