The impact of stress can be detrimental to ourselves and those around us.

Looking at our physiological stress response, we will analyse how different types of stress can be used to serve rather than impair us, by reducing the negative impacts of stress and driving the positive side out of it.

We will learn how to transform our individual response to stress into fuel to optimise our performance,  and bring ourselves back to a neutral state which enables us to think rationally and function with a clear mind. 

During the masterclass we will also explore practical aspects around our wellbeing we can introduce on a daily basis to keep our stress levels at a manageable setting.

I am a certified health coach trained in complimentary practices including mindful eating,  integrative nutrition, mindfulness for stress reduction, intuitive eating and positive mindset development. I am also getting certified as an Optimize Coach which encompasses energy, work and love to help you bring out your best self! 

My journey began in the hospitality industry managing incoming conferences & incentives for 12 years. My life was already very full then, hours were long and intense and I still insisted on squeezing some hobbies, social life and keep up with chores etc. I couldn’t imagine fitting anything else in ! Yet 6 years ago I had a child and that was a game changer. In the same year I also entered the world of unlocking people’s potential through coaching and training with Up your level and developing leaders in the Vistage programme. 

As time went by, the importance of keeping a healthy mind and body was more and more prominent. I witnessed the transition from leaving the office to being “always on”, saw colleagues and acquaintances burning out and people’s health suffering and their quality of life spiralling down. 

While we cannot always change the pace of life, we can equip ourselves with the basic necessities that will fuel our journey and help us pick ourselves up when challenges arise. Wellbeing does not have to be complicated, stressful or difficult, it is possible to live well, have a family and/or career and be fulfilled knowing you are a showing up as the best version of yourself. 

The masterclass will be delivered live and in-person in a central venue (classroom style) which will be communicated closer to date.

The sessions are interactive and group discussion is encouraged.

Each session is set for 2.5 hrs which might extend to 3.

Coffee & refreshments will be provided.

A certificate of attendance will be given to each participant.
